Estates |
|
For
industrial developments both new build and
redevelopments we offer a range of services
to cater for all groundwork requirements
including remediation, grading, drainage,
mains services, piles and muckaway. We are
experienced with membrane systems for protecting
sensitive water tables and the requirements
for preventing industrial contaminants from
leaching through concrete slabs and surface
joints into the base soil/rock. We specialise
in power trowel, tamp, Bunyan screed, and
easy float finishes and can provide a range
of other finishes to specification.

Complexes |

We
work on a variety of sports complexes both
indoor and outdoor, preparing foundations,
drainage, mains, services ducts, and pilings
as well as outdoor landscaping and soil conditioning.

Parks |

We
carry out work for office parks, including
subterranean car parks, landscaping, mains
services, water features, and building foundations,
piling & slabwork. For sites that are
on brownfield or contaminated land we carry
out decontamination, screening, stabilisation
and strengthening. Our institutional services
also cover schools, hospitals and related
developments.

playgrounds we provide landscaping, grading,
concrete and tarmac services, as well as
drainage systems, both surface water and
foul, plus other external works, to client
specifications.
