fabricate reinforced concrete frames for
a wide range of applications including walls,
floors, ceilings, partitions, and specialist
features. Much of our work is cast in-situ
to customer specifications although we can
supply precast components to customer specification.
We have years of experience in the reinforced
concrete structures business and have the
knowledge, skill and expertise to ensure

including material selections, construction
through to inspection. Our highly skilled
employees are familiar with all modern building
techniques and methods including the specialist
use of mixed fibres in rebar systems, jointing & sealing,
specialist settling and vibration techniques
as well as formwork sealing, and release

| Retaining
Walls |
|
We
have considerable experience in the construction
of retaining walls and abutments using a
variety of techniques and finishing styles.
Finishes we have installed include modular
blocks, concrete panels and highly durable
facings such as stone and full height reinforced
concrete panels. We also have experience
with crib wall construction and The Dewsbury
System within a wide range of situations
including highways development, landscaping
and general construction work.

| Beams & Columns |

We
carry out a large amount of column work,
both rectangular, circular and special as
well as beam work for multistorey buildings.
Using special systems we can fabricate beams
and columns to almost any length. Beam types
include:

Beams
We
also pour pile caps and ground beam columns.
For all forms we carry out insert and jointing
work such as type 316 stainless steel bolts,
wedges and straps or any other items to
client specifications as well as supplying
and installing form liners.

| Repairs & Strengthening |
|
Where
concrete has suffered from damp, fractures,
subsidence or chemical deterioration to name
a few processes, we maintain the skilled
personnel to carry out physical and chemical
based repair services. Where structures are
made up of elements unfit for repair we are
able to carry out strategic replacements
of beams, columns, walls and slabs to customer
specification.
