Tight Structures |

We
have considerable experience with water tight
and water proofed structures, for water bearing
and dry environments. Applications include
water tanks, swimming pools, fountains and
basements, generally from caltite based concrete
but also through the use of coating techniques
such as lacquering, bitumen coating and soda
wash as well as membrane systems.

Concrete |
|
Caltite
is a well established admixture used to create
hydrophobic concrete that repels water from
the surface preventing absorption through
the matrix pores. We work to customer specification,
but also have a considerable amount of hands
on experience that allows us to assist in
the application of the most suitable techniques.

| Xypex
Concrete |
|
Xypex
works though the crystalisation of the internal
pores and capillary tracts of the concrete
leaving a waterproof component suited to
use with basements, swimming pools and sewage
facilities. We have the experience to apply
this admix across a wide range of applications,
to customer specification.

| Water
Tanks |
|
We
construct a wide range of water tanks, mainly
for the water industry including balancing
tanks, water treatment systems, digesters,
filter beds and sedimentation tanks. Most
of our work is caltite based concrete cast
in situ and can be additionally lined or
coated where required.

| Swimming
Pools |
|
Caltite
based swimming pools including base slab,
retaining walls with curved & sloping
features and ground level slab. We can also
construct other related features such as
jacuzzis, splash pools, waterfalls and related
concrete features.

| Fountains |
|
We
construct medium to large fountains with
either jets or ornaments complete with drainage,
overflow and a variety of cascading features.
All fountain work is in caltite with options
for lining or coating as well as a range
of concrete colours and surface finishes.

| Basements |
|
We
have considerable experience in the construction
of basements in caltite concrete including
base slabs and retaining walls. We undertake
backfilling, penetration sealing, perimeter
footing drainage and ventilation features.
Retaining walls can be decoratively finished
with cladding or brush work, or prepared
for plastering and decoration.

We
construct flat, angled and curved external
concrete roofs. We also construct load bearing
roof structures for roof gardens, patios,
pools and plant location.

| Chemical & Acid
Proof Structures |
|
For
plant and machinery placement we offer caltite
flooring to protect the ground from chemical
seepage and acid attack. Caltite floors are
suitable the most agressive environments
and ensure surface integrity for many years.

| Slipways & Jetties |
|
We
build river features such as slipways and
jetties for freshwater environments in tidal,
non-tidal and flood zones in caltite with
embedded sealed features such winches, cleats
and moorings.
